Overview:
Ralph serves as the Deputy Director for Food and Community Resources. In coordination with the Deputy Director for Agriculture and Natural Resources, with the Under Secretary for Research, Education, and Economics, the Director of NIFA, and other key USDA officials, Ralph participates in the formulation of multi-functional, research, education, and extension programs and policies. He works to integrate all functions into a comprehensive program to maximize program impact to address the broad strategic goals and objectives of the Department, the Mission Area, and the agency.
