Overview:
Pat is the National Program Leader for Sustainable Biobased Economies in the Economic and Community Systems unit of the NIFA, USDA. Her primary responsibilities include program direction for research, education, and extension activities related to the human and social dimensions of bioenergy, biofuels, and biobased products, especially their implications for rural people and places. Pat is a Liaison to Colorado and Colorado State University, and she also serves as the NIFA Liaison to NACo--the National Association of Counties.
