Responsible for reconciliation of Disbursement records in agencys Grants Management System, USDA accounting system, Treasury Department 224, and recipient-initiated Payment Systems; as well as collaborating with National Finance Center (NFC), Agricultural Research Service (ARS), Department of Health and Human Service Payment Management System (DHHS-PMS) on all matters related to Disbursements.
