Overview:
Bart is the Director of the of the Planning, Accountability and Reporting Staff which manages the State Plan of Work and Annual Report process under the Agricultural Research, Extension and Education Reform Act; manages the Multistate Research Fund Project Proposal approvals for NIFA; manages the business functions of grants reporting through CRIS and REEport; provides evidence of past performance in the NIFA budget; facilitates the NIFA portfolio assessment process; and provides consultative advice to the NPLs and other lead staff on evaluation of programs.
