  NIFA has created a ASAP customer service email box for inquiries for our customers. This email box will be for any inquiries related to ASAP enrollments, authorizations, status and payments. This email box will remain throughout the year for inquiries related to ASAP.  All requests/inquiries can be sent to ASAPCustomerService@nifa.usda.gov.

Access Reporting Systems

To Enter Reports

• To enter a technical report for a grant or formula project
• CRIS – for all NIFA grants and all formula projects
• NEERS 5, including CRS5 and SRS5 – for additional reporting on EFNEP grants
• CYFAR Reporting System – for additional reporting on CYFAR grants
• To enter a plan of work or annual report for Hatch, Smith-Lever, Evans-Allen, and 1890 Extension – AREERA Plan of Work Information System
• To submit grant financial reports (depending system used when grant was made)
• Financial reporting for NIFA awards made using PMS
• Quarterly financial reporting is made using a software in the PMS system
• Final financial reports must be made by downloading the SF-425 from the OMB Grants Management Forms web site and submitting completed forms to awards@nifa.usda.gov.
• Financial reporting for NIFA awards made using the ASAP system
• Non-formula grants.  Annual and final financial reports must be made by downloading the SF-425 from the OMB Grants Management Forms web site and submitting completed forms to awards@nifa.usda.gov.
