  • Ghost image on RFA with Safari browser: Some customers using the Safari web browser on the Apple platform have reported seeing a date not connected to this RFA superimposed over the RFA. If you are experiencing this problem, please notify NIFA at newEIPM@nifa.usda.gov, reporting your platform and browser version. We are attempting to troubleshoot the issue but need as much information as possible to correct the issue.

  • Correction from webinar: Due to an exclusion from the RFA, there will not be a minimum/maximum requirement for number of Emphasis Areas. The Webinar stated a minimum of two and a maximum of six. The RFA was intended to cite a minimum of one and a maximum of six. At some point during revision the language was lost. Nonetheless, NIFA recommends that the one/six guideline is an appropriate range for an effective program, depending on the level of funding.
