2010 USDA National Animal Health Program Planning Workshop

NIFA partnered with the USDA Agricultural Research Service (ARS) for a National Animal Health Program Planning Workshop, March 23-23, 2010, in Baltimore, MD. The workshop solicited input from approximately 160 stakeholders, customers, and partners in planning the direction of the USDA intramural (ARS) and extramural (NIFA) research and integrated programs related to animal health. The workshop goal was to develop a coordinated action plan for USDA’s animal health research programs driven by industry, stakeholders, and scientists.
