NIFA's partnership with the Environmental Protection Agency

USDA National Institute of Food and Agriculture (NIFA) provides support through an interagency committee for development of the Federal Radon Action Plan, which presents a multi-year approach to protecting public health, especially families and children, by reducing the risk from radon exposure.  NIFA supports reduction of radon exposure for families and resources and training are available through land-grant partners which address this issue.
