Republic of Georgia Development Project, 2002-2005
International Programs facilitated the economic development
of Georgia's rural sector by enhancing the quality of agricultural
goods and services. Our program focused on the identification
of constraints in the production, processing and marketing
supply cycle, and in the application of technical, educational,
and financial solutions to these challenges.
IP addressed the needs of this country in the following
areas:
- Meat and dairy quality improvement.
- Regional economic development.
- Agrarian education.
- Sustainable agriculture production.
- Agroforestry improvements.
