The U.S. Department of Agriculture’s National Institute of Food and Agriculture (NIFA) equal opportunity staff has collaborated with a few of its recipients of financial assistance to provide this training on best practices and lessons learned from NIFA’s compliance review. Ana Lu Fonseca and Elsa Fry of Oregon State University, Eric Dunens of Pennsylvania State University, Dr. Gregory Lardy of North Dakota State University, Dr. Antonio McLaren of North Carolina A&T University, and Raquel Pena of Laredo College shares lessons learned and experience from NIFA’s Civil Rights Compliance Review. Presenters gave insight into their experience and provided best practices from their review with NIFA.
