Abdi is a Grants Management Specialist (GMS) in the Awards Management Division within the Office of Grants and Financial Management. Abdi's award portfolio includes Tribal colleges and universities 1994s, 1862 and 1890s land-grant universities. Abdi supports client serving institutions by participating in establishing priorities, procedures and deadlines concerning the negotiation, execution of pre-award and post- award of non-capacity grants and cooperative agreements.
