Jeffrey Sweet

Mr. Sweet serves as the Acting Deputy Director of the Financial Management Division (FMD).  FAB is comprised of 3 teams: Cash Reconciliation Team (CRT), Trial Balance Team (TBT) and the DATA Act Team (DAT).  FAB is responsible for monitoring the Agency’s Cash position, Trial Balance, Disbursements, Unliquidated Obligations, Treasury Account Symbol (TAS) Appropriation Fund, Improper Payment and transaction transparency as per DATA Act (Digital Accountability and Transparency Act).  FAB performs external and internal reporting duties as per federal guidelines.  A career federal employee, Mr. Sweet is a graduate of Texas Tech University.
