Tara Warner, CGFM, MSA; is the Director of the Planning, Accounting and Reporting Staff. Ms. Warner has over 20 years of experience in the field of accounting and financial management; performing in various capacities such as Assistant Controller, Senior Accountant, and Consultant for nationally known organizations such as the United States Coast Guard Finance Center, New York Times, Robert Half and Enterprise Rent-A-Car.
Ms. Warner has a Master of Science in Accounting from Liberty University, a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Old Dominion University and is a Certified Government Financial Manager (CGFM). She holds memberships with various academic and professional organizations including but not limited to the Association of Governmental Accountants, Toastmasters, Sigma Beta Delta Business Honor Society, Young Government Leaders, and the Association of Military Comptrollers. She is currently pursuing her PhD in Organization & Management with a focus on Leadership at Liberty University.
