Victoria Lévêque was born and raised in Haiti and moved to Boston MA at the age of 10 where she completed her primary and secondary education. she obtained a Bachelor’s degree from University of Miami (Go Canes!) in Economics and a Minor in Modern Languages. She started her career interning at Dana Farber Cancer Institute through their Workforce Development Program as a Medical Analyst and as a Patient Accountant. Before joining the NIFA Team, she worked for the Department of Justice (Drug Enforcement Administration) as a contractor for two years overseeing operation of office inventory and tracking team expenses and reconciled accounts. She is excited to join the NIFA team in Kansas City, MO as a Program Assistant for the Institute of Food Production and Sustainability’s Division of Plant Systems-Production and climbing the career ladder within this agency in the future.
