What is the NRS Learning Community?
The NIFA Reporting System (NRS) Learning Community offers on-demand access to video tutorials to enhance user knowledge. Each video outlines system features and functionality used for capacity reporting in NRS. By providing an on-demand resource, the NRS Learning Community connects grantees seeking assistance with step-by-step instructions on how to access and use NRS. Additional content will be added to the NRS Learning Community regularly. To subscribe to updates or suggest future content, email nrs@usda.gov.

- This video is intended for users with an Organizational Administrator role in NRS. In this video, Organizational Administrators will learn how to establish new users, modify existing roles and permissions, and update other account information for users within their institution.
- The five-year AREERA Plan of Work (POW) outlines the critical agricultural issues in the state and the planned activities address the issues. In this video, users with a Director or State Contributor role will learn how to create the POW and submit the report to NIFA for Review.
- The AREERA Annual Report of Accomplishments highlights the most significant achievements, impacts and outcomes that occurred in the prior fiscal year. In this video, Directors and State Contributors will learn how to create and submit the Annual Report for NIFA Review.
