Erika Kraus, PhD.

Erika Kraus recently joined NIFA in Kansas City as a Program Specialist in the Institute of Youth, Family, and Community, Division of Community and Education. She works with National Program Leaders and other team members in graduate education programs. Erika comes to this position with graduate degrees in African and African American Studies (MA, University of Kansas) and Forestry (PhD, Michigan State University). She is also a Returned Peace Corps Volunteer. Born and raised in Kansas, she is happy to be closer to home.
