This program is a partnership among NIFA, the recipient of the National Food and Agricultural Sciences Teaching, Extension, and Research Awards (TERA), and the Association of Public and Land-grant Universities (APLU). The awarded administrator of this program will coordinate all required activities for the National Awards for Excellence, recognizing and promoting excellence in teaching, extension, and research in the food and agricultural sciences at a college or university.
