New Beginning for Tribal Students RFA Technical Assistance Webinar

NIFA staff conducted a technical assistance webinar on April 26, 2023 at 4:00 p.m. EDT, including a Q&A session for those considering submitting an application for the New Beginning for Tribal Students program. Closing date to submit an application for this grant is May 26. Here is the a recording of the webinar:

New Beginning for Tribal Students makes competitive grants to Land-grant Colleges and Universities to provide identifiable support specifically targeted for Tribal students. Grant recipients shall use funds for, but not limited to, recruiting; tuition and related fees; experiential learning; student services, including tutoring; counseling; academic advising; and other student services that would increase the retention and graduation rate of Tribal students enrolled at the Land-grant College or University.
