The purpose of the Tribal Colleges Extension Program - Capacity Program is to support community-based education at the federally recognized tribal colleges. Through this funding, the 1994 Land-grants touch the lives of reservation youth, farmers and families with activities that enhance health, promote prosperity and support learning. This technical assistance webinar will provide potential applicants with information about the funding opportunity, including details on eligibility, program priorities, evaluation, and applications.
