The Expanded Food and Nutrition Education Program (EFNEP) guidelines are developed and updated periodically based on federal legislation and regulations, stakeholder expertise and experience, and emerging trends and priorities. EFNEP procedures and guidelines ensure program fidelity and accountability, while also allowing for state and local flexibility.

These resources are intended to help enhance programmatic quality and improve employee results.
