The SBIR/STTR terms and conditions are available online. Grantees can also follow the link on the Award Face Sheet that was issued when NIFA made the award.
Within the terms and conditions, awardees can find descriptions for many actions, including:
- reporting requirements
- how to request a no-cost time extension
- close-out requirements and additional information

- This form provides USDA with the certification that prospective grantees meet the eligibility criteria to receive an SBIR/STTR program award.
- Complete and signed lifecycle certification forms must be submitted with all Phase I and Phase II interim and final reports.
