Mitzy Combs

Mitzy serves as a Program Assistant for the Division of Agricultural Systems for the NIFA staff based in Kansas City. In this role she provides support to the programming staff and coordinates the flow of information and documentation around the implementation, management and evaluation of the granting process.  Mitzy came to the agency on February 1, 2021 and prior to joining NIFA, she spent the past 16 years as the Quality and Training Manager for PAE (a government contractor) at the Homeland Security Immigration Division. Before that, she spent 12 years at JCPenney Catalog Distribution Center, in the customer service and scheduling departments.
