- Major outcomes and impacts in the STEC CAP through its integrated research, education, and extension/outreach programs, which have included both traditional and novel contemporary approaches.
- These technological approaches have allowed for some collection of baseline data while offering education on best practices to reduce STEC illness in consumer home settings.
