The Financial Report process in REEport replaces the old AD-419 financial report that was previously done in CRIS Webforms. It is a project level report that details all expenditures by funding source, as well as all FTEs, for the most recently completed federal fiscal year. The report is used for research planning and is not an auditable document. It is due February 1st each year.
