2016 AFRI Foundational Food Safety, Nutrition, and Health Programs
Dr. Jodi Williams, Dr. Mervalin Morant, and Dr. Deirdra Chester presented a grantsmanship webinar titled “2016 AFRI Foundational and Challenge Area Food Safety, Nutrition, and Health Programs” on 30 June 2016. This seminar has been approved by the Commission on Dietetic Registration for 1.0 Continuing Professional Education Unit (CEU).*

- Discuss the differences between the Improving Food Quality, Understanding Antimicrobial Resistance, and Function and Efficacy of Nutrients AFRI Foundational program areas as well as the Childhood Obesity Prevention Challenge Area, Effective Mitigation Strategies for Antimicrobial Resistance Challenge Area, and Five-Year Assessment of the AFRI Food Safety Challenge Area programs.
