The National Expanded Food and Nutrition Education Program (EFNEP) Conference furthers NIFA’s mission by bringing together representatives from all 1862 and 1890 Land-Grant Universities for pre-conference sessions on Monday and two and one half days Tuesday through Thursday. During this time, attendees coordinate, collaborate and receive training from which they gain knowledge and skills related to program implementation and delivery. As a result of the conference, attendees bring back and put new ideas to use at their respective universities. This conference is a way to maintain the integrity of the program while advancing the science and relevance of program delivery.
