On December 6, 2016, NIFA OGFM conducted a webinar to review the process for submitting requests for capacity grant prior approval for equipment. On the webinar, OGFM staff reviewed NIFA’s policy regarding what items require prior approval, how to submit requests, templates developed by NIFA to assist grantees, and sample submissions.
