National Program Leader
Dr. Solomon Haile is the National Program Leader at the Division of Community and Education the Institute of Youth, Family, and Community and manages a portfolio of the 1890s Capacity Grant programs.
Dr. Haile received his PhD in Forest Resources and Conservation with the Interdisciplinary Concentration in Geographic Information Systems from the University of Florida. He was an Associate Professor and a Coordinator for Graduate Applied GIS Programs at Tennessee State University.
