Toni Carter

Toni Carter is a Staff Accountant on the NIFA Reimbursables team. Toni has over 16 years of federal government accounting experience, nearly 14 years with the DoD agency Defense Finance and Accounting Service (DFAS). Ms. Carter has a Master of Business Administration degree with a focus on Accounting from Cleveland State University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration specializing in Finance from Bowling Green State University. Toni has been a Certified Defense Financial Manager since 2015.
