
Dr. Adam Wilke serves as a National Program Leader within the Institute of Bioenergy, Climate, and Environment, providing leadership on various initiatives including environmental justice.
Prior to joining NIFA, Adam has worked as a research and Extension coordinator, research social scientist, and Extension water specialist. Adam has experience in multidisciplinary applied research and outreach as well as project management and grant programs administration with subject matter expertise in social science and human dimensions of agricultural and natural resources management.
Adam received a Ph.D. and an M.S. in rural sociology and sustainable agriculture from Iowa State University and a B.A. in psychology and sociology from the University of Minnesota.
