4-H Military Extension Educator Program

This notice identifies the objectives for the 4-H Military Extension Educator (MEE) Program for fiscal year 2023 including deadlines, funding information, eligibility criteria for projects and applicants, and application forms and associated instructions.

Applicants for the 4-H Military Extension Educator (MEE) Program must meet all the requirements discussed in this RFA. Failure to meet the eligibility criteria by the application deadline may result in exclusion from consideration or, preclude NIFA from making an award. Only Land-grant Institutions are eligible to receive an award through the 4-H MEE Program. Eligible Land-grant Institutions include all 1862, 1890, and 1994 Land-grant Universities and Colleges.
