NIFA posted a draft version of the 2018 guide for public review and comment in June 2018. OGFM reviewed all comments submitted and made edits to the Policy Guide where appropriate. In cases where comments were not addressed in the Policy Guide, NIFA prepared a matrix of comments submitted with the explanation as to why the comment was not addressed. Comments that were addressed with edits in the Guide are not included in the matrix.
