Izabella Jablonska serves as a Program Specialist within NIFA’s Institute of Youth, Family, and Community. She provides grant support to competitive and non-competitive programs with an emphasis on improving the health, quality of life, and prosperity of individuals in rural America. She has an undergraduate degree in International Studies and a master’s degree in Applied Diplomacy from DePaul University - Chicago, IL.
