On January 11, 2024, NIFA published the fiscal year (FY) 2024 Veterinary Services Grant Program (VSGP) Request for Applications. The deadline for Applications is March 21, 2024, at 5:00 PM ET. The goals of the VSGP are to support food animal veterinary medicine through EET funds for accredited schools and organizations and through RPE funds for veterinary clinics that provide services in veterinary shortage situation areas. This program is designed to support education and Extension activities that will enable veterinarians, veterinary students, and veterinary technicians gain specialized food animal skills and practices.
